Hairpearl Cream Developer Oxidant 3% is a professional hydrogen peroxide-based cream developer specially formulated for use with the entire range of Hairpearl eyelash and eyebrow tints. Its creamy, non-drip consistency ensures easy mixing and helps provide precise and controlled application of the prepared tint mixture during the treatment. The formula is enriched with plant-based jojoba extract to help provide a gentler and more comfortable tinting experience. The 3% oxidant concentration is recommended for eyebrow and eyelash tinting, as well as for clients with sensitive skin.

The developer mixes easily with Hairpearl tints in a convenient 1:1 ratio, making preparation quick and simple for professional tinting treatments.
