Sterisept Ready to Use is alcohol-free rapid disinfectant for invasive and non-invasive medical devices and alcohol sensitive surfaces. It does not contain alcohols, aldehydes or PHMB and is suitable for all water-tolerant surfaces in the medical area. Due to a specially developed formulation, it has good material compatibility together with good cleaning properties. The product comes in a very convenient and economical packaging.

Sterisept Ready to Use is alcohol-free rapid disinfectant for invasive and non-invasive medical devices and alcohol sensitive surfaces. It does not contain alcohols, aldehydes or PHMB and is suitable for all water-tolerant surfaces in the medical area. Due to a specially developed formulation, it has good material compatibility together with good cleaning properties. The product comes in a very convenient and economical packaging. Sterisept Ready to Use is also suitable for preliminary disinfection and wetting of contaminated surgical instruments. Such pre-sterilization treatment of surgical instruments is important step to ensure effective and safe sterilization procedure. It helps to reduce microbial contamination and also removes blood, tissues and other organic residues from the instruments.

Sterisept Ready to Use has a good material compatibility with surfaces and instruments made of stainless steel, glass, aluminium, copper, brass, ceramics, PVC, rubber, plastics, silicone, acrylic and plexiglass.

Usage: Sterisept Ready to Use can be applied on the surfaces by wiping or spraying. Surface disinfection by wiping: Apply a sufficient amount of Sterisept Ready to Use to a suitable single-use non-woven cloth and wipe the surfaces. Surface disinfection by spraying: Spray Sterisept Ready to Use onto surfaces from a distance of at least 30 cm and spread with a cloth. Recommended use for difficult to reach surfaces. Ensure complete coverage. Contact time is at least 60 seconds or depending on required efficacy (see table). Treated surfaces do not need to be rinsed. Pre-sterilization treatment of surgical instruments: after the used and disassembled instruments are placed into tray or container, Spray Sterisept Ready to Use on the contaminated instruments to prevent the microbes from growing and the dirt from drying on the instruments. Continue with the next steps of reprocessing. Always follow the reprocessing instructions of the instrument manufacturer.

Active ingredients: Didecyldimethylammonium chloride, N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine.
