Disinfection and cleaning agent for medical instruments. Free from phenols, aldehydes and phosphates. Excellent cleaning power. High material compatibility.

DES INSURANCE is intended for manual cleaning and disinfecting pre-cleaning of all thermostable and thermolabile medical instruments, including both rigid and flexible endoscopes. It has excellent cleaning properties with good material compatibility and can be used for disinfecting precleaning of all water-tolerant medical instruments before hot or chemical sterilization. DES INSURANCE effectively removes blood, proteins, secretions, fats and can be rinsed off quickly and completely. DES INSURANCE has bactericidal (incl. MRSA) and yeasticidal activity. The product is also active against enveloped viruses (incl. HBV, HIV, HCV).

DES INSURANCE is suitable for use in hospitals, laboratories, dental clinics and in other medical institutions. It can be used in immersion bath procedures and ultrasonic baths.

Usage: The working solution of the product is prepared by diluting the concentrate with water manually or using automated working solution preparation equipment. The unused working solution can be stored for 14 days. The working solution in use retains chemical stability for 1 day. Make sure that all washed instruments are covered with the DES INSURANCE working solution. After the end of the exposure time, wash and rinse the instruments. Instruments that need to be sterilized, pack and sterilize in accordance with regulatory enactments. Working solution concentration – 1% (1L of working solution should contain 10 ml of concentrate), exposure time – 10 min.

Active ingredients: Quaternary ammonium compounds, non-ionic surfactants, sodium carbonate, IDS, fragrance.
